Someone claiming to be support wants a code
Anyone who contacts you first is not support, and a code or seed phrase cannot be taken back.

A code is an authorisation
A code from SMS or an authenticator means execute this. Support never needs one to unfreeze an account, verify identity or look up an order.
A personal address is never official
Official flows collect into a platform account, not a person's bank card or wallet. Deposits, taxes and unfreeze fees demanded up front are all scripts.

Change the password, reset two-factor, sign out every device and review withdrawal allow-lists and API keys inside the official app. Move anything you can to a wallet you control.
They knew my order details. Are they real?
Order numbers and registered emails circulate in leaked databases and group chats, so knowing them proves nothing. The only test is the domain you typed yourself.
